NFL Week 16 Tony Bruno Stone Cold Lead Pipe Locks
NFL Week 16: While millions will be frantically scurrying about desperately seeking last minutes gifts on this final weekend before Christmas, Tony Claus will be drinking his milk and scarfing down chocolate chip cookies all day Saturday and Sunday and delivering a Santa Sack of 6 piping hot Week 16 Locks for being naughty and nice!
Let’s get down to the business!
I’m playing all 3 Saturday offerings to make the Yuletide gay and merry! Dallas is back home after being shut out in Indy and face the Tampa Bay Bucs who can score a lot while being generous in giving up plenty of gift points. Put up or shut-up time in Big D. Cowboys win and cover the 7
Tennessee has been solid, yet unspectacular this season and are huge favorites over the Washington Redskins. Titans need to win and so do the skins, thus I expect a close game. Take the 10 pts and hope Washington can be part of a different shutdown to cover the spread.
The Saturday night special should be a good one in So-Cal, Chargers have clinched a playoff spot, Baltimore is fighting for it’s playoff life. LA may have a little let down, but they get Melvin Gordon back and the Ravens will see a big time defense this week and it’ll be too much for Baltimore to overcome. Chargers – 4 is the selection
On to the Sunday 3 pack sack!
We kick it off with the 1pm start at Foxboro as Winter is HERE, has it been slowly coming for Tom Brady and the Patriots? They face the pesky Bills and need to win, but the spread is richer than a Christmas desert table. I’ll jump into a folding table and go with the Bills Mafia and take the points BILLS +13 1/2
The 4:05 eastern start in San Francisco should be interesting as the Niners get to see the Bears up close and personal. Chicago won the NFC North last weekend, so will they stumble into Santa Clara?. Home field is still in play so I think the Bears win, cover the 4 pts and leave the Niners hearts in San Francisco with visions of a high draft pick dancing in their heads.
Finally, the stores will still be open late, but still no reason to leave the couch with Sunday Night Football to finish off the weekend. Grab some more egg nog, fire up a doobie and pretend you are in Seattle watching the Chiefs attempt to grab a road win in a tough place to play. Hawks have been magical at home, but KC needs a bounce back and home field in the AFC fight. I like the Chiefs laying the 2 1/2
Enjoy the weekend and Merry Christmas to all and to all……Ho, Ho, Ho!!!!!!
