Hard to believe the NFL Season is hitting the halfway point and even harder to see teams already pulling the plug on their teams this soon.

The NYGiants and Oakland Raiders are hopelessly out of it and jettisoning players for draft picks. Should be an interesting Oct 30th trade deadline after we get through Monday Night’s game.

Let’s start off with the Thursday night game in Houston. Texans have started to put things together despite Deshaun Watson running for his life, but he’s looking better, 4 in a row. Brock Osweiler returns to face the team which dumped him, but not enough weapons for revenge for Miami. Love the Texans laying the 7 1/2 pts

Going to start my Sunday morning early in London with the sporadic defending champion Eagles against reeling Jacksonville.  Philly has been finding ways to lose games they won routinely last year while the Jags now find themselves in a QB Quandary. Birds are 3 pt favs, the crowd will be primarily Philly and the Eagles win and cover the 3

Heading to Soldier field where the Bears face a Jets team struggling on offense. Chicago will pressure the rookie Sam Darnold and end the skid by winning and covering the 7 pt spread. Bears – 7

Finally, Ram watch 2018 continues. Will they lose a game all season? I picked against them last week and they boat-raced the hapless 49’ers. Now LA sees Aaron Rodgers coming off a bye and as a 9 1/2 pt underdog for the first time ever. Rams probably won’t lose, but I think the Packers cover the 9 1/2 for the cover
