STONE COLD LEAD PIPE LOCKS WEEK 6

Week 6 and we have 7 home teams as underdogs among the 15 match ups this weekend.

Giants, Browns, Dolphins, Raiders, Broncos, Cowboys and Titans all getting pts at home.

I will stay away from this Thursday night slop fest in the Meadowlands. Both the Eagles and Giants are injury riddled, dysfunctional and hard to figure out. NY is a desperate 1-4, but the defending champs have major Offensive line woes and that will be bad news again for a battered Carson Wentz. Eagles are 2-3 in the new and not improved NFC LEAST. I’ll watch from the comfort of my dry living room . Pass!

I’m going with the Bears as a road favorite in Miami on Sunday. Miami has been up and down while the Bears remain stout on defense and seem to be getting better every week. Bears laying 3 and it’ll sound like a home game with all of the Chicago fans in Miami  singing along with Mitch ( yes, I’m old enough to remember that show)

Washington is home against Carolina and despite playing well, haven’t found many ways to close out ballgames despite Alex Smith having a good season as the new starter. I like the Skins -1 to find a way to win this one in Maryland.

The Jets discovered the running game last week in an impressive win against the Broncos and remain at home to face the banged up Colts.  Indy can’t run and Andrew Luck has to carry the offense again – especially without TY Hilton – I’ll take the Jets who are 2 1/2 pt picks to cover the number.

While the Rams are playing like they may never lose, they have to head to Denver to face the altitude and potential bad weather. Rams 7 point favs, but I’ll take those pts and look for the Broncos to keep it close enough to cover the number.

Let’s get this LOCKTOBER rolling!!
