STONE COLD LEAD PIPE LOCKS WEEK 4

Feeling good as the September swoon comes to an end with a 3-1 weekend bringing the record to 6-5-1 as we head into LOCKTOBER!

The Week 4 Stone Cold, Lead Pipe locks will once agains start off with Thursday night action as the red hot Rams remain at home in the Coliseum to take on the staggering Vikings who were embarrassed at home by the Bills on Sunday. Short week for both teams and the Rams are 7 pt favorites. Looks too easy, right? Time for Minnesota to step up in prime time and cover the spread, and possible win this game outright. Vikes Plus 7 is the pick.

The Philadelphia Eagles are getting healthier offensively with the anticipated return of Alshon Jeffrey, Darren Sproles and Jay Ajai. Carson Wentz has another week under his belt and the Tennessee Titans come into Philly after an ugly, field-goal festival win against rival Jacksonville. Eagles get their first impressive win of the season and easily cover the 4 pt spread.

The Atlanta Falcons have played some wild games already and are back at home to take on another team with a solid offense. Bengals QB Andy Dalton threw 4 picks last week and I expect another shootout game here. Falcons laying 5 pts is the selection.

Finally, The Raiders are one of 3 remaining 0-and-3 squads and will get to see Baker Mayfield make his first NFL start in the Black Hole in Oakland. He was awesome last Thursday night and will be facing a Jon Gruden team that can’t seem to find a way to hang on and win.
I expect desperation and feel the Raiders get their first win and cover the 3 at the Coliseum.
